Told To Resign By SIA |

SIA received numerous complaints
regarding Attorney Fred Soto, who is also a City Councilman
for National City. Victims alleged he bilked them out
of thousands of dollars while acting as their attorney.
SIA launched an investigation. The case was forwarded
to the proper authorities. Soto resigned from the California
State Bar. SIA took him to task at a Council Meeting in
which he was asked to resign his City Council position.
